ICDL AMR was established in 2007 with the sole purpose of spreading digital literacy in the Maghreb Region. For this, we have teamed with ECDL Foundation to develop and support the implementation of the ICDL Certification programs in the Maghreb region.

The International Computer Driving License ^TM (ICDL) is an internationally recognized qualification that enables people to demonstrate their competence in computer skills.
