ICDL AMR  is the regional operator and the sole licensee in the Maghreb Region: Algeria, Morocco, and Mauritania.

The ECDL Foundation, based in Dublin, Ireland, is the worldwide governing body and licensing authority for the ECDL (European Computer Driving License) and the ICDL (International Computer Driving License), the global standard in end-user computer skills certification.
